Return & Refund Policy

At GOLOGOL, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

The return must be initiated within 7–15 days (based on your preference) of the delivery date.

Only items purchased directly from www.gologolsportech.com are eligible. If bought from third-party resellers, please contact them directly.

Non-returnable items include:

Innerwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Customized or personalized products

Gift cards or vouchers

Clearance or final sale items (if marked non-returnable)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

Email us at info@gologol.in with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us at info@gologol.in  within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on your preference.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item after delivery.
